Class Today

Hi Dr. Peterson,

I thought you did an excellent job of "winging" it today in class! You did not seem unprepared at all and there was a good flow with answering our questions about Tiering and Differentiating.

On a personal note. I hope you do not feel like you are a bad mother (per hints made on my earlier posts) by your daughter's decision to drive her car when she thought it was acting funny. That is no reflection on you as her mother. You have amazing children! I can tell by their pictures and videos that they are good, good kids! All kids make mistakes or don't think things through like we as their mother's think they should. I know Iwas that way when I was younger. I always thought I knew what was best and have to take risks, I guess that's part of being young. And, a lack of experience in dealing with cars probably had a lot to do with her decision to keep driving it even though it was not running properly. I bet the thought never entered her mind that a car could instantly stop working while driving, especially in the middle of a freeway!

I hope you are okay and I hope your daughter recovers quickly (she truly was protected and blessed). That is no fun to have to go through that. I dread the day my children are old enough to drive. Lots and lots of prayers I guess! :]

Have a great Fall Break!

Thanks for this posting! I truly appreciated this... and enjoyed the opportunity to be taught by YOU, rather than thinking I have to do all the teaching! You're awesome! How lucky I am to know you!
